RAPPEL - PLAN D’URGENCE CANICULE ET GRAND FROID - RAPPEL

Depuis 2004 l’Etat a mis en place le Plan Canicule – Grand Froid ce qui permet aux communes de tenir un registre des personnes âgées et ou handicapées.

Conditions : Avoir au moins 65 ans - Avoir au moins 60 ans et être reconnu(e) inapte au travail - Etre adulte handicapé(e)

pour être inscrits(es) sur ce registre vous devez en faire la demande

Si vous souhaitez y figurer nous vous invitons à contacter le secrétariat de Mairie ; bien entendu ces informations sont confidentielles et ne seront communiquées qu’en cas de canicule ou de grand froid au service concerné du Département ou de l’Etat.

QUELQUES CONSEILS POUR L'ÉTÉ

Evitez de vous exposer au soleil, surtout entre 12h et 16h
Aérez les pièces d’habitation, limitez la température ambiante en fermant volets et fenêtres côté soleil
Humidifiez l’atmosphère en plaçant dans chaque pièce un récipient avec de l’eau
Boire tout au long de la journée et pas seulement pendant les repas, se rafraîchir en prenant une douche en utilisant un brumisateur
Donnez des nouvelles à votre entourage et alertez les secours en cas de malaise, maux de tête, sensation de grande faiblesse, vertiges et surtout évitez l’isolement – prenez des dispositions pour qu’un voisin passe vous voir au moins une fois par jour
En cas d’urgence appelez le 15 (SAMU), le 18 (Pompiers) ou canicule Info Service au 0800 06 66 66 du lundi au samedi de 8h à 20h du 8 juin au 31 août

Vous avez la possibilité de vous faire inscrire sur un registre avec les coordonnées de membres de votre famille et - ou de voisins.

En cas d'alerte ministérielle (canicule, grand froid...) vous pourrez être contacté(e)s
